A Web / Android Application for Doctors to store patient history and prescription details along with a fees collection register.
MedBase
Currently used by several Doctors.
- The Doctor adds a new Patient with details: Name, Prescribed Medicine, Amount, Pending Amount (if any) and Payment Type.
- The Web-App is a dashboard developed in Flask (Python), HTML, Bootstrap/CSS and provides all CRUD functionalities.
- A statistics page to visualize patient/prescription history in the form of charts provides MIS to the Doctor.
- The Android Application provides all functionalities of the Web App along with a module to schedule Appointments.
